Yeah, it's the next thing on my list to try, I try to stick to a programme for at least 6 weeks before moving onto the next thing to try. I'm trying a few things at the moment which is mostly healthy lifestyle adjustments and detoxing as well as applying the balms topically. I have felt a little better over the last couple of days so i'm hopeful...
