Wonderful, just wonderful. I buy tumeric here and it is so cheap. We get it for $4 dollars for a kilo which is 2.2 pounds. You are right, the more yellow the better. It is amazing when people just trust the herbalist and never question them. I have one guy here who discounted me on everything and I broke out in hives when I took his tumeric.

So I found a grocer who sold spices for the same price and it was a deep yellow. I brought it home and now I recommend him to everyone. Shop around guys.

Ok, now I will add pepper to my tumeric caps.

By the way, Hulda Clark suggest you take fennel with your tumeric also.
