Hi Diane,
You might be able to answer a question for me. I noticed you are trained in lymphs.
I have major puffy bags under my eyes I know this is from digestion. In the mornings it is the worst and some mornings worse then others.
I also feel some of it maybe from my liver not being able to deal with all the toxins in my body.

I have a grandmother who died from lymphatic cancer I worry about mine being puffed up everyday this all started about 3 yrs ago.
What is lymphatic massages?
What can I do to get rid of these puffy bags they dont go away some days are worse then others.
When I am constipated its worse.Also I noticed that the days it is worse I also have allergy type symptoms.
Does this mean all the glands in my body are gummed up too?
