I prefer spring water. Though unpurified spring water is hard to come by. So I primarily drink reverse osmosis water, but I add silica to the water to reduce the water's solvency. Otherwise the water will too aggressive and will rob the body of beneficial vitamins and minerals. The same applies to distilled water. The more pure water becomes the more solvent it is. Ultrapure waters are actually highly corrosive due to this fact.
