Try going to

and look up hot flashes and ACV. There was a lady that wrote a testimonial on how she suffered from severe hot flashes for 11 years when someone turned her onto ACV (apple cider vinegar) and she takes 2 tblspns per day and the hot flashes have completely stopped.

Anyway, it's worth a try and definitely worth investigating.
