I could really use some advice. I am 46 and had my right ovary removed this past December due to a mass that turned out to be benign. Since then, I had only one very small period in July. I have been suffering from hourly hot flashes and night sweats. I just came from an Endocrinology/Gynecology specialist where she told me my blood pressure is also high. She prescribed Climara Pro patches and a Clonidine pill at night. I don't take any medications currently and I'm reluctant to start. I need to wait for blood work. In the meantime, is there anyone who can point me toward a natural solution to research? Appreciate any ideas or help!
