Hi DQ,
I tend to like your 2 cents worth, as it does make actual sense (pun intended).

I did have reservations about changing the article & excluding the "microwaved" part, and also the eggs not necessarily being of organic origin, but then I may have been "done" as breaching copyright laws, so gave in eventually.

You are absolutely right to point these out DQ and where I do agree with you, but the jist of the article is of course the all important feature and message concerning Choline.
