Hi Guys,

A pal of mine who's also a hypnotherapist and fellow explorer of consciousness recently went to a seminar to learn a method of psychological anaesthesia. I was a little sceptical as it seemed so easy. It was, but it still works.

Here it is.

The basic premise is if you have saliva in your mouth you can't have a panic/anxiety reaction as you're removing one of the domino's, so to speak.

Firstly ask yourself, or the person you're performing this on, what part of the body they want completely psychologically anaesthetised.

Then ask if there is any medical reason why they shouldn't anaesthetise this part. If no proceed.

Ask them to write down this statement:

My arm (for example) is completely psychologically anaesthetised.


After writing it down get them to repeat the statement out loud three times - IT IS VITAL THE MOUTH IS MOIST FOR THIS PROCEDURE - if you have no saliva you can use a little water.

Most times it works within ten minutes or so, but on some people it can take 48 hours. If it doesn't work straight away repeat the statement 3 times, 3 times a day for 48 hours. MAKE SURE YOUR MOUTH IS WET!

The great thing is if it doesn't work after this then it ain't ever gonna work for you so you don't need to practise.

Dr. Angel Escudero - the inventor of this method of anaesthetising has performed hundreds of surgical procedures using this method.

I used it on my anus after my last colonic cos it left me a bit sore and it worked pretty damn good. I sat there wondering why my bum was numb!
