In my case, I have been diagnosed as allergic to beef protein via a skin prick test.

Can you offer any ideas H on what the core issue is in that scenario. Eating
beef seems to cause an inflammatory response, yet such things as wheat tested negative in the most sensitive tests and in vivo. Mysterious indeed.
