Thanks for your answer. You are right: the Wild is much sweeter, darker, and thicker than the Non-wild.

I live in Hong Kong. The brand is a local brand and I guess the Wild Honey is from a less populated area here (we have a lot of hills here).

Even Wild Honey isn't that expensive, about US$7 for a 500 gram jar (US$12 for a 1kg jar). Non-wild is only about US$4.5 for a 500 gram jar.
