I was going to ask you why someone couldn't just take R-ALA instead of ALA. Do you know why Cutler thinks R-ALA is not a good idea?

Also, you mentioned taking Cilantro when you're not on the ALA. Are you making a Pesto? How much and how often? How does the Cilantro make you feel?
