I was driving in my Mercedes to an appointment and was not wearing my seat belt. I was a real estate broker and did not want to wrinkle my dress. An angel or voice came to me and said, " you know, Sara, if you buckle your seat belt you won't wrinkle your dress." I said, "yes you are right." So I buckled my seat belt. Four blocks later I was in a major car wreck. I hit four cars and totaled my car.
As I layed dazed in the car, I knew I had to get out so I dragged myself out of the car. As I lay on the ground a kind man came up to me and said "are you all right?" I looked at him and said, "I left my purse in the car." He said, "your car is going to explode." I said "please" and he went back inside and got my purse. After looking inside my purse I noticed I did not have my cell phone so again I pleaded for help and he returned. By now the car is smoking real bad. I can't find my phone directory. I begged again and he refused, I begged and begged and he finally agreed to go back and brought me my phone directory so I could call my brother in law. He then brings me a glass of water and I started crying and thanked him and I passed out.
The medics and police come and tell me "You should be dead." They said again, "You should be dead." I turn them and say "I was saved by an Angel." I was saved by two Angels, one was from God and the other one was the neighbor. Oh, by the way, it was his car I hit. I went back a couple of weeks later after I recovered to thank him. He never asked me for anything and I told him he was indeed my angel.
While I was in the ambulance, I kept wondering why God had saved my life for surely I was so undeserving of such mercy. My friend told me never question God but just to say thank you.
We meet so many people in this life and never say thank you, we meet so many people who are kind and we never say thank you. To all my Angels on board, thank you for today's journey.
