Honestly, the easiest way to lose weight is to change your eating habits. I lost a lot of weight and regained muscle recently using a variety of diets, but what they have in common is that they are all raw unprocessed food.
Lost a lot of weight on a fruitarian diet (with salad). Great cleansing diet, got me on my feet (was fighting terminal disease), but left me weak.
Then I started the Primal Diet from Aaajonus Vonderplanitz. Continued my recovery and I'm now very strong. I'd like to say I lost weight (it's look like I lost weight, I can see my abdominal muscles most days), but I think I might have gained weight. I'm just heavier and stronger than before, but I look great and feel great. I think that's what you want right?

Raw fats believe it or not, will help you lose weight. It makes no sense but it's true. Raw egg, raw butter, avocado.
When you read his book, it's hard to take in, but it's all true.
If you continue to eat processed foods (anything in a bag/can/box) and microwaved foods (all fast food is microwaved), then you will always have a weight problem. As well you are jeopardizing your health.
Anyway, that's what I've done.
