Hello Jasmine,
My husband recently finished Master Cleanse, because he had high blood pressure and was on medications, he also wanted to loose some weight. He lost about a pound a day ( it was a 10 day fast) and after 2 days his blood pressure was pretty low so he stopped the medications from the doctor ( that was about two weeks ago ). So far his blood pressure stays at about 132/75 average ( he is 62) so he is pretty happy with the results of the cleanse.
I hope this answers your questions, I would reccomend to do it.
