Sans sucre. Thanks so much for explaining this. I have this problem and it's good to know what caffeine can do to it. Just curious... did your doctor give you supps to help you get your phase 2 more in balance? If so, would love to know what you took.

I have 20% of a normal person's phase 2 detox capacity (just had a test done recently that shows this and having to detox mercury and bugs with this is hell on earth).

Anyway, thanks and am very glad you are much healthier now.
