dear banana,i can understand potassium and anaemia for your problem,i was just hoping that when i suspected a problem with my inner ears it would be so because i would be left with countless reasons for my "lightheadedness" (which was occuring all the time), as you were with your problem.i did find one freaky thing whilst i was monitoring myself and that was how CUCUMBER almost instantly dropped my bp on both systolic+diastolic readings, which may account for my almost continuous low bp that i have at the moment.i have to leave it out of my diet it's that POTENT,i dont whether your male or female so i'll just say goodbye!tom uk.
