Distilled / RO / Filtered water is not really bad, as long as we take the measures to remineralise it adequately. But many ppl fail to do so....

Water Ionization also sounds interesting to me. Reducing the cluster size of water, to make it more hydrating, making it more electron rich.. etc etc.

Do u own a ionizer. They are expensive units. Hope price will come down eventually.
