Thank you. I will look for a magnesium chloride. The one I have is mag. oxide.
Glad you told me. Interesting, the past two days I've felt better, started taking Dr. Schulze 'Super Food' ( green drink) and whey protein powder which has amino acids ) don't know if these have made a difference, but only time will tell.
