dear banana98310,first of all thanks for your interesting reply, what you have said has reassured my thoughts as i am going through a very complex and worrying time.i am on the water/sea salt programme.my bp is at a good level,i am over the moon to whats happened up to now.ONLY i am so lightheaded!i feel i've overcome hbp BUT still taking my medication for it.my gp has lowered one beta pill dose but even now i get lightheaded taking my med.i realise that i'm going through a transitional period but i dont want to mess it up!your suggestions have sound relevance,in fact i purchased kelp today in respect for Iodine as a precaution,i will look at iron and b complex because i think your correct in your assumptions,thank you so much anyway,i will let you know the outcome,bye for now,tom uk.
