I've been juice fasting for 32 days now, and my energy level is great. No hunger, no discomfort. In fact, my goal was to juice fast for 30 days only, but since it feels so good, I decided to continue for a few more days. I am very active, do moderate exercises, go to work, take care of my kids, and have enough energy all the time. Good luck with your fast.
