Hi, all!
Update on my air filters:
Just discovered that the alpine/echoquest are the culprits causing excessive clingy dust on all surfaces in my home, not just the top of horizontal ones! Arg! This is a problem even tho i puled up much of the carpet and did a very thorough cleaning of all surfaces in the rooms and of the filters. Will have to get some other kind of ozone filters or modify the ones I have to disable the ion making circuitry.
When one is exhausted and your house or apt is dirty, these filters clog up and quit making ozone, therefore quit neutralizing chemicals. If your brain for is bad, easy not to realize what is wrong. This just happened to me. So, either another brand or put a filter or two on what I have. We'll see...
Am also getting into HEPA/carbon filters. Since I get occasional chemical overloads from the upwind neighbors seeping into the house, want to have at least 2 of these and 4 or 5 filters in all. Only use all of them full blast when it is very bad. So far, this seems to help....
