I didn't realize there was any question about drinking distilled water all the time. I guess if you look hard enough into anything there will always be pros and cons.

Just wanted to say that I have been drinking nothing but distilled water for over 20 years now, I even cook with it. I don't drink water in restaurants or anywhere else unless its distilled.

I have my own distiller and carry water with me wherever I go. I have heard many bad things about tap water which is what led me to buy a distiller. We have well water where we live not city water but I just can't bring myself to drink that either.

I haven't had any ill effects from drinking it or at least if I have I don't know about any. It will be interesting to discover what you know, it sounds like you think its not harmful, I'll look up your posts about it.
