any interesting positive effects?

Most I've done was 3 weeks.. which was yrs ago.. and I couldn't imagine going any further. But the ego in me wants to.. one of these days. My hair seemed to get really shiny and finer (which since I have a beast to tame was awesome)

I can't even make it past 10 days now..blah.
