Well I could be wrong about drinking distilled water even for fasting according to this article by Dr. Mercola.

http://tinyurl.com/5ruqc  he gives a thumbs up for Reverse Osmosis, but still recommends supplimentation.

I noticed the other day at the health food store that "Penta" water is RO water.

I use a "Akai" activated Ionization water filter for my daily drinking water. Going to have to research some more about fasting with distilled water. Paul Bragg recommended it, as well as others.

Getting confusing.
