Harlo, this is the first time I read a post from you. Thank you for posting this. I am not anorexic, but obese, and there is something in your post that tells me it got to apply to all eating disorders.

People with all kind of eating disorders need to understand what is happening to them so they can address it. Fasting heals the body, the mind, and the heart.
