No I haven't changed about drinking distilled water while fasting.

I think I mentioned that distilled water is like a magnet, and attracts everything (toxins included) to it. Which makes it good for water fasting.

You can test distilled water when you first open it up (bottled), and it will test between .05 to 1 ppm. If you leave the bottle open these numbers go up. I found this out making Colloidal Silver which the directions on my machine said the water should be less than 1 PPM.

The information I posted on the distilled water forum was by a doctor that claimed that drinking it every day would deplete the minerals from the body. Also that it is slightly acidic, and that it is better to drink an alkalizing water.

Anyway it wasn't in support of drinking distilled water daily, so it was deleted by the moderator, and I was told to go to the water debate forum.

Either way it doesn't matter to me, just would be nice to be uniform from one forum to the next.
