"I'm not entirely sure why a lot of things always revert back to ChrisB, as I was under the impression this was a Water Fasting Forum, not a ChrisB forum. Seems like drama trying top stir, which has never been my intent in any of my posts. So if you may I would like to continue to stay on topic within my intent of this post."
It seems to me that you are trying to cause a division in this forum and as you well know we don't need anymore help along those lines, thank you very much. You say creating drama isn't your intent in any of your posts but you are posting in a "support forum" and you are bringing up nothing but the possible bad things that can happen to someone fasting. How does this support us?
As with anything we do in this life fasting can be abused. If you will read through many of the posts on this forum you will see that many people warn of these things because there are contradictions to fasting. It is up to each person to arm themselves with knowledge of fasting. I would never have done a fast without first learning everything I possibly could about it. We are each responsible for ourselves and with the decisions we make.
When I fasted I did so without being supervised because I can rely on my body to tell me when something isn't right. I would say that a high percentage of people posting on this forum already know the benefits to fasting and also the contradictions.
Of course you are welcome to your opinion but I am curious as to why you are so against fasting and I would remind you once again you are posting negative things in a Water Fasting support forum. I for one was already aware of the things you posted but I have more sense than to fast until death.
