The reason I did mention juice fasting/detox (if you read the link) because many here do alternating juice fasts/feasts in conjunction with Water Fasting, and I'm not sure if they ever thought about the effects if they only drink acidic fruits or fruit combining, which I believe to be fine within this thread since there are many members encouraging every other day fasting or a combo of juice and water.

I never mentioned the thoughts of what Chris thinks or believes as I can't really speak for him nor was this post about him, I was merely going by the other members who mention juice feasting/fasting all time. If you do a search of 'juicing' within this forum you will see that.

I'm not entirely sure why a lot of things always revert back to ChrisB, as I was under the impression this was a Water Fasting Forum, not a ChrisB forum. Seems like drama trying top stir, which has never been my intent in any of my posts. So if you may I would like to continue to stay on topic within my intent of this post.

If you had read the link you would also see that it mentions juice detoxing/feasting.

So teeth loss stuck to you but NOT deaths? Or the effects on the liver? interesting.

I personally would be more concerned about my liver or life rather than my teeth if I had to pick and chose at the end of the day. But I can't really attest for others.

I also think you missed a lot of Loosie's happy dry sarcasm :)
