Well done Lisa! You seem to have broken the back of fasting, just like 6 foot beauty! I too have had that phlegm in the back of my throat at an early stage of my fast and yes I am sure it is detox. For me it's worse in the morning. There is a question in the FAQ about the stages of fasting, but I don't think the time periods there or sequence of events are set in stone. Here's a link to the FAQ
