i agree with you Loosie... i found myself a little overwhelmed with all the info in that post. the one thing that stuck with me after reading it though was the dentist's comment about the people with the worst gums are vegetarians and natural hygienists who have a mainly acidic fruit diet.

it should be pointed out that those people aren't really vegetarians or natural hygienists... they are fruitarians, and that type of diet is not recommended on this forum. i've only ever seen one person in this forum try to push for the fruitarian diet, and he/she was always politely told by Chris that the fruitarian diet is not healthy and does not fit with the nutritional teachings of the natural hygiene diet.
