Jaymz, I really liked your post. You put into words exactly what I believe about fasting. I have done it in a modified version a few times before, but never water-only because of the nausea. But I'm sure, in some part of my mind I was using those occasional pieces of food or drink as a security blanket. So, to say it's only the nausea would be untrue. Thank you for your post.
