My friend told me if i clean up all my diet,i still may not recover if the root cause not solved. Im not sure whether to believe him or not until i tried that out.
I believe the body is self healing, once you remove toxins and supplement with raw nutrition, it will seek out trouble spots and heal it. I hope im right.

I have prepared a list of diet to strictly follow during the month of dec. I must not give in to temptations. It will be hard (with Christmas parties,lunching with colleagues,etc) but i will die die need to follow the plan. I will pray frequently for determination to follow through. Its either do or die. I cant imagine myself living daily with this problem. Worse thing is, the symptom might just be tip of the iceberg.
