That's great, but be careful you don't overdo it or you could start to feel worse again. Just shows you don't have get nasty reactions to improve your health.
Have you supplemented with Iodine at all. I believe is very effective for preventing things like respiratory infections. Especially Lugols with added vitamin C is supposed to be good for the lungs because of the iodide. I now believe it's best to switch to Lugols instead of continuing with Miracle-Mineral-Supplement maintenance as a safer more longterm preventative. Well that's what I do anyway
