Hi,

I am new to Barefoot products although unfortunately not to parasites. I have just completed 3 months of a parasite cleanse, but the main ingredient was Holarrhena antdysenterics. I haven't seen an ingredient list for Barefoot, but I feel that I still having issues. I just wondered if it would be ok to start Barefoot now? Also, how sick do most people get on this cleanse? I just can't afford to be down for the holidays. I have been told I have colitis, but I feel it's a parasite. Anyone with colitis tried this cleanse?
