Over-eating? by fledgling ..... Leptin Resistance Support Forum

Last night I read about a substance that forms in the hypothalmus region of the the brain when one over-eats...that causes the body to ignore leptin...and to eat more.

Great big 'formula' for its name...discovered by scientists. The link to a media page given in the F.Y.I. forum, I think.


Right away quick I wonder why any body would over-eat. Here are some guesses...

...Poor quality food...even that grown on soil short on the living micro organisms that carry nutrients to plant roots...therefore, lack of minerals.

...Excitotoxins, like pretending sugars, flavor enhancers, MSG, etc.

...Other toxins loose in our environment.

...Not enough clean water.

...Lack of oxygen.

...Too much stress.

...Not enough movement.

...And even, too many pictures of fancy or pretending 'foods'.


I'm not certain where I'm going with this, but I know I needed to get it written, here, before I forget.


I shall return.
