I would say that Mag Taurate works, so does Mag Malate and Magnesium + Potassium Aspartates. I take less/no Mag Taurate now since it converts to Taurine and that is part of the VitC drink but Malate is my main intake and there is documentation of its effectiveness on Lyme patients.
