Look my situation is different because I live in Jordan. I cannot get deworming products here except pharmaceuticals and very against those, so I had to look for natural ways. If I was in america, I would follow doc sutter's plan which is 2 month of barefoot and then humanworm and then parasite cleansing throughout your life but I cannot do that. So what I did was natural ways and it cleaned me so far but let me tell you that it is a continual battle and it is something that I am working on all the time.

I feel that meats and certain produce are the problem and yes fruits are adding sugars but you are removing them immediately from your colon. So when I had candida everyone told me not to use fruits and I did and got cured, but it was a slow gradual process. I started with lemons and limes and went to grapefruits and then to green bananas so I can tell you what worked for me but not for everyone. I would try and see and I will try to find doc sutters protocol as he is a good guy and post it for you, ok. Please, please let me know how it went.
