Thanks for the info. I was a bit hesitant because I Clark said ascarus (forgot spelling) like squash or squash like foods so I wasn't sure if pumpkin was okay. But if it helped you that much I want to give it a try. Some people also say don't eat any fruit at all if you are deworming. What do you think about that? I was reading your post about cleansing that recommends drinking prune and apple juice which both sound great, but do you think it would be a hindrance to getting rid of parasites. Love your forum and excellent info by the way,just what I need to guide me into a healthier diet. I'm glad you cleared that up about how to eat the pumpkin, that will help a lot.
