Sara, I read somewhere that when you were sick with parasites you ate an entire pumpkin in 3 hours or something and felt much better and passed worms afterwards. Is that correct? If so I'm planning on doing the same thing and need to know if you just ate the entire pumpkin raw including internal seeds and all to make sure I do it correctly. Thanks.
