Starting my water/juice fast 2mrw. Going for the whole month since I may not be seeing my family for thanksgiving. My fast will alternate with water & juice as well as the concept of IF fasting. With IF fasting u can allow a window of time to eat a restrict caloric amount of food. As I have a couple days this mos I need to eat for social reason but still want to fast. I hope to exercise too.
