I was diagnosed w/PTC after giving birth to my first child. What I have found out and was told to do by my doctors was to give up OTC supplements; Do not consume Aspartame products-those found in diet drinks, yogurt, etc; Avoid salt-as this leads to fluid retention; Avoid vitamin A, such as carrots as this triggers the brain to make more CSF. Hope some of these things help. I am trying to find out more myself and exercising, etc., We can win the battle!
