I have a hernia and I am studying what herbs to use.

Hu Shou Wu is very tonifying to the liver and kidneys. And from what I read about the Hawthornia it is also tonifying, but more targeting to the hernia.

Personally I would take both of them, but if I had to choose one I would take the Hawthornia.
