I can also recommend this book and the
benefits of keeping adequately hydrated.

It took me time to find my own comfort
range of water, especially if I was *not*
cleansing. During cleansing half your
body weight in ounces of water is a
good goal. For amping up one's intake
I would suggest starting with 2 quarts
of water and keeping it handy so you
can sip away on it. Sipping is preferable
to chugging and room temperature is also
preferable to cold.

I now have days where I can drink down
a gallon of water in a day easily and
most of all, I am now attuned to my
body's need for water and will crave it.
In addition, often we think we are
hungry and we are really thirsty so I
drink water before meals to see if that
is the case. Of course, a good water
filter can also help water taste better.
I recently went to visit my brother who
lives in Mobile, Alabama. Just opening
his tap faucet I could smell the chemicals
in the water. I sure missed the sweetness
of my own well water.

At first, the body will need time to
adjust to the higher intake of water but
it is not long before the bladder becomes
accustomed and any discomfort should subside.
The benefits of water are many and well
worth the effort to reap them~~!
