I think I may have just experienced the quickest recovery from diverticulosis
ever made. I started having symptoms on Monday night which made me have a very
restless night with litte sleep. On Tuesday the pain was somewhat there, but it
started to get pretty severe into the evening with hot and cold spells. I
decided to try the Moreless' alkalizing bath and to my relief it reduced my pain
by 90% almost immediately. After my bath I noticed the pain was trying to creep
up on me again, but I was exhausted from my lack of sleep the night before so I
went to bed. I had a decent sleep and surprisingly I woke up with hardly any
discomfort! I would say the pain was about 1/8 of what it was before I had the
alkalizing bath the night before. I decided to have another alkalizing bath that
morning and after my bath I applied peppermint oil on the tender side. I felt
almost 100% better with absolutely no tenderness and was able to carry on my day
pretty normally. I kept waiting for the pain to come back, but it really didn't.
I know my digestive system was a little sensitive from the diverticulosis so I
have been eating only a little and very carefully to try to give it a break. On
Wednesday I also started back on my alkalizing drink with lemon and that felt
good. Well last night I had a really good sleep and this morning (Thursday)I
feel completely normal and was able to do my rebounding which felt really good
also.

The last time I had diverticulosis was about 8-9 years or so ago and I'll tell
you that it was quite a different recovery story back then. Without the
knowledge I have today and my trust in Drs back then I of course used
antibiotics and was in deliberating pain for 5-6 days with complete recovery
taking a good 8-10 days. This time with using the alkalizing bath I would say I
was pretty much recovered yesterday so that only took 1-2 days with me being in
severe pain off and on for only 24 hours.

tremendous difference in so many people's lives and it is truly appreciated!!
