start by doing a set of cleanses
in the morning take 3 caps if Dr Christophers Liver/ gallblader formula (old name L G)
at noon take 3 caps of Dr christophers kidney formula (old name K B)
At bed time take 3 caps of Dr Christophers Nature lax formula (old name is L B)
