Hi arkitech,

My diabetes is in remission. I don’t take any medication for diabetes. I do take a lot of supplements. I am not a vegetarian but I watch my diet very carefully. I do eat a lot a vegetables, have cut out all gluten, eat nearly no red meat but use fowl and fish instead.

I started out with a very strict regimen, strict diet with a comprehensive bowl cleansing and liver flushing. Please read my blog titled “My challenge”, link below.

My blood sugar is normal for the past two years with no medication and I have learned what to eat and drink and when to cleanse. This has become a second nature to me and I believe that anyone can do it.

Besides reversing my diabetes my blood pressure and cholesterol levels have reduced quite drastically. So there is benefit all the way around.

I wish you a rapid reversal of your diabetes and a long and healthy life.

Propaul
