if you want info on the adrenal/thyroid connection. I am low thyroid but cannot tollerate the thyroid meds because my adrenals are too weak. What has actually helped me most of all is the candida diet and taking supplements to support my liver. I tried the cortisol and it did supress my immune system and I felt fluish and horrible and had to go off after 6 days. I am very sensitive to meds though and I have read a lot of posts on different forums from people that had great releif from taking cortisol. Go on it and see how you feel. You may feel great as many do, that was just my experience.
