Hi sacristia, I love your posts. It takes courage to express oneself the way you do it. It is good for the mind and soul and a good example for others. Each time I read your posts I feel your warmness, and a feeling of empathy at acknowledgin the common human bond. This is called SOLIDARITY. I thank you so much, on my behalf, on behalf of the many others you benefit with your posts. You help me gather courage to start my fast. I have planned to start it tomorrow, November 1st.

Yes, yes, EFT works! I will always remember Chiron for introducing me to it. When we feel emotional and frail, we can practice it and ecuanimity sets in with such a sweetness that we can do everything we want then.

Keep yourself doing what you are doing..you are RIGHT, RIGHT, RIGHT...
