It isn't easy, Lisa. Water Fast can be much more harsher on the body then juice fasts. I learned that first on.

I did 55 days on water once 3 years ago during the Lenten season, I just started well before Ash Wednesday and I broke my fast on Easter, which Orange juice. It was awesome. It was the longest I have ever done a water fast, but it was so spiritual as well I grew and healed my body Physically, mentally and emotionally.
