Hi Anita,

You might try an enema or colonic...they often help flush a cold out of your system. Personally, I'd wait on the flush until your cold is better...it might help, but it also might make you feel a whole lot worse. You're body is already working hard to fight off the cold... the flush might really deplete your energy. Just a thought...
